Online Orders
We will process orders on our system and over the telephone from 8am to 12 noon Tuesday to Thursday. Orders received after noon will be processed the next working day. It is helpful to answer the required date question so we can prioritise your order.
Afternoons are for the assembly and engraving of awards. From 4pm to 7pm we ship our deliveries so we concentrate on quality checks and making sure the awards go to the right place.
We make sure your awards arrive in top condition using quality recycled packaging materials and decades of experience. We hand ship our parcels to the Parcelforce depot so they are distributed with minimum handling. Evri parcels can be shipped every morning, Monday to Friday.
